Wisconsin based DSG Outerwear operations has added former Ski-doo Freeride Ambassador pro rider and woman snowmobile activist Stephanie Schwartz to their design team. The addition of Stephanie is sure to further cement the leadership role DSG Outerwear already has in the industry. Here’s the official release from the Divas team.
DSG Outerwear is proud to announce the addition of Stephanie Schwartz to our Oregon, Wisconsin-based team! Stephanie hails from Revelstoke, British Columbia, where she has enjoyed a life-long backcountry riding career. Always an activist, she has worked to enlist more women riders by hosting countless riding clinics across the world. Stephanie is dedicated to the snowmobile industry and desires more women to experience the thrill of backcountry riding. This proves her to be a perfect fit at DSG.
A previous Ski-Doo Freeride Ambassador and pro-rider, Stephanie brings many years of experience to our team. She will be focusing her efforts towards the growth of the brand in Canada, captaining the DSG brand ambassador program, athlete sponsorship, and the future of the DSG technical outerwear line. “Stephanie is an unbelievably passionate and extremely skilled backcountry expert. She will not only help us grow the brand, but more importantly assist us in one of our main goals: growing the female rider population in what has always been a male dominated industry. It is important to us to continue providing the best outerwear that functions for all women, no matter their riding style. Stephanie will help us achieve that in the technical segment of the marketplace,” said Wendy Gavinski DSG Founder and President.
Schwartz said, “This amazing opportunity gives me the ability to do so much, including the fulfillment of a lifelong dream of being involved in designing women’s technical riding gear and I look forward to this exciting new challenge. Thank you DSG for this opportunity!”
