FRIDAY MARCH 22nd.. 10:00AM – 5:00PM: Pit Parking.

 

Reserved Pit Parking for the following race Teams. Black River Racing, Lee Plumbing, Wachtler Racing, Truenorth Motorsports, Bailey Motorsports, Goodale Racing, Doran / Firth Racing, Guiho Arctic Cat, Hatherly Racing, Bristow Racing.   All other race team parking is on a first come first serve basis on Friday.

 

FRIDAY EVENING

 

7:00-9:00PM: Pick up transponders if required & New racer / crew sign in for waivers.

 

SATURDAY MARCH 23rd.

 

9:00AM – 9:15AM      – Racer meeting for all morning classes by the Pit Information board / Staging area.

9:30AM – 10:30AM       – Practice all morning Classes.

10:30AM – 11:00AM      – Track Groom

11:00AM – 1:00PM     – Racing begins: 120cc, Novice & Beginner 200cc, Transition, Junior, Trail Sport 600. Pro/AM Vet & Pro/Am Women Moto #1

12:00PM –   12:30PM      – UTV Racers meeting inside registration area.

1:00PM –   1:30PM     – Track Groom & Lunch break.

1:30PM –   3:00PM     – Racing to finals: 120cc, Novice & Beginner 200cc, Transition, Junior, Trail Sport 600.

2:00PM –   2:15PM      – PRO & SPORT 600 class racer meeting inside registration area.

3:00PM –   3:30PM      – Track Groom

3:30PM –   5:00PM      – UTV Sight laps and Racing to Finals

5:00PM –   5:45PM      – Track Groom & Dinner break.

6:00PM –  8:00PM        – Pro & Sport 600 Heats #1

– Track Groom, Novice 2 Final., Pro/Am Vet Moto #2 Final and Podium.

– Sport 600, and Pro, Heats #2

– Track Groom, Pro/Am Women Moto #2 Final and Podium.

– Sport 600 & Pro Finals followed by Podium.


 


SUNDAY MARCH 24th.

 

7:30AM – 7:45AM        – Racer meeting for all morning classes by Staging.

8:00AM – 12:30PM       – Racing begins: 120cc, Novice & Beginner 200cc, Transition, Junior,

Trail Sport 600, Pro/Am Women, Pro/Am Vet.

11:00AM                       – PRO & SPORT class racer meeting inside registration area.

12:30PM – 12:45PM       – PRO & SPORT Practice.

12:30PM                      – Vintage Racer meeting by the Tech Inspection Trailer.

1:00PM – 1:30PM         – Track Groom & Lunch break.

                 1:30PM       – Kids Easter Egg Hunt.

2:00PM – 5:00PM          – MAIN EVENTS: Pro Intros and sight lap.

2:00PM – 5:00PM         – Pro, Sport 600 Heats #1

– Track Groom, Novice 2 Final., Pro/Am Vet Final and Podium.

– Sport 600 & Pro Heats #2

IMPORTANT RACER INFORMATION – PLEASE BE PREPARED WHEN YOU ARRIVE

 

Be prepared on arrival at the front gates with ID Lanyards Racer & Crew 2024 Hard Cards, for each person in your vehicle.  

Anyone that arrives at the gates without a 2024 Racer or Crew Membership Hard Card will be required to buy a weekend admission pass @ $60 cash per person.

Front Pit entrance gates open at 8:00AM on Friday.

Racers and Crew members are required to wear ID Lanyards while on site.  

New racers, and Vintage Racers bring your sled and race gear ready for Safety Inspection at the CSRA TECH Trailer.

 

CSRA racers are required to register to participate at this event by 10:00PM Thursday March 21st. online at: LIVELAPS

 

NOTE: No late entries will be accepted.

DIRECTIONS: Horseshoe Resort, North Barrie, Ontario. Take Hwy. #400 North of Barrie to the Horseshoe Valley Road Exit. Go East to the Resort.

Racers, and Crew Members:
Please be advised that due to the changes in the (14) day weather forecast we have made the decision to move the Horseshoe Resort Race weekend forward to this coming weekend March 23-24.
The Ski Resort will be blowing snow all week specifically for our race track to ensure the event happens.
