After Ski-Doo lost their primary lawsuit against Arctic Cat for patent infringement on pyramidal design and accompanying rider position, both companies filed several post-trial motions…all of which were recently denied. However, if the wet side of powersports is your thing, Bombardier was granted a redo in a trial versus Arctic Cat over jet-ski safety mechanisms and an accompanying $50 million judgement in Arctic Cat’s favor.
